Aspen Group (TSX: APZ) is a real estate investment trust that both invests directly in real estate and sets up funds for investors. Aspen was formed in 2001 and now is in the S&P/ASX 300 index. Their group of companies owns properties in the office, retail and industrial sectors.
Aspen also uses its subsidiary Aspen Funds Management Ltd to manage funds and investment services. Its head office is in Perth, Western Australia.
