GEO Property Group (ASX: GPM) is a stapled, fully integrated A-REIT that invests in residential property -- subdivision development, house and land packages, and integrated housing projects. It was established in July 2003 and listed on the exchange in November 2003.
GEO Property consists of the GEO Property Group Trust and GEO Property Group Limited stapled together. In October 2003 it completed the takeover of Villa World. Headquarters are in Bundall, Queensland.
Guy Farrands is Managing Director and CEO. Its Responsible Entity is GEO Management Limited (GEOML) (ACN 116 506 882).
