Rubicon America Trust (ASX: RAT) is a real estate investment trust which invests in commercial real estate and real estate loans in the United States. They currently own 33 properties in 19 states.
Rubicon America's primary tenant is the United States government. Its one of the largest US federal government landlords.
Rubicon America does that by investing in the US REIT which is named that -- US REIT.
