Rabinov Property Trust (ASX: RBV) is a diversified real estate investment trust with 14 industrial, office and retail properties in Australia. It's been listed on the exchange since August 2003.
Rabinov Property Trust is an A-REIT
Rabinov used to be known as Australia Commercial Property Trust, but changed to its current name April 29, 2009. On the same day, its management company Australian Commercial Property Management Limited changed its name to Rabinov Property Management Limited. That is the Responsible Entity.
It was originally established November 10, 1998. Ronald Serry has been the Managing Director since that time. The major unit holder since the beginning was Ezriel Rabinowicz, and his estate continues to be the major unit holder. Now the fund is named after him.
