Trinity was listed on the exchange December 2004 by combining two companies, Trinity Funds Management Limited and Consolidated Properties Group. Chris Morton is Managing Director. The first company was founded in 1998.
Its direct property investments are held in The Trinity Stapled Trust (TST).
