Canmarc REIT (HCR.TO) is a Real Estate Investment Trust in Canada which is diversified by type and geography, with 127 properties.
It just had its IPO in May 2010, but just changed its name from Homberg Canada REIT in October 2011. It got the buildings formerly owned by Homburg Invest, Inc and Homburg Canada, Inc.
