Lakeview Hotel Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: LHR.UN) is a closed-end, unincorporated REIT that invests in hotels, and its corporate offices are in Winnipeg Manitoba.
It was founded in 2004, but its parent company Lakeview Management, Inc began in 1964.

Lakeview owns 17 hotels, manages 17 and has 19 licensed - for a total of over 1,700 rooms. Keith Levit is the President.
Lakeview Hotel and Lakeview Management Inc have a licensing partnership and jointly license properties. Plus, they jointly manage properties owned by the REIT.
Lakeview owns hotels in Canada and Grand Forks, North Dakota US. They operate under the Lakeview brand name, plus Super 8, Holiday Inn Express, Lakeview Signature, Four Points Sheraton, Lakeview Inn and Suites, Four Points, and Days Inn.
They own the Lakeview Resort & Conference Center in Gimli Manitoba. It also manages eight hotels for others, seven of which are for the Royal Host Real Estate Investment Trust.
Therefore, Lakeview Hotel REIT is part of a strategy by its parent company to become the dominant hotel company in Canada.
