Entertainment Properties Trust (NYSE: EPR) is a real estate investment trust that develops, owns, leases and finances properties for businesses that are what they call "consumer preferred." This basically means they focus on businesses supplying entertainment and recreation.
Entertainment Properties owns $2 billion in assets, including megaplex movie theaters, ski resorts, vineyards, waterparks, charter schools and entertainment retail centers. Their headquarters are in Kansas City Missouri.
