Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (NYSE: HPP) is a Real Estate Investment Trust that focuses on acquiring, owning and operating high quality office buildings and "state of the art" media and entertainment properties, primarily in California. They already own thirteen commercial real estate properties, with a total of 4 million square feet.
Hudson Pacific Properties is a new REIT, having completing its Initial Public Offering (IPO) June 23, 2010. An earlier version -- Hudson Capital, LLC -- was founded in 2006. Hudson Pacific was founded in 2010.
Hudson Pacific has its headquarters in Los Angeles California. Victor J. Coleman is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
