LTC Properties, Inc (NYSE: LTC) is a self-administered real estate investment trust that primarily invests in the long term care sector of the health care industry (assisted and independent living, skilled nursing facilities as well as hospitals, medical office buildings and outpatient medical care.). They make first mortgage loans, and acquire properties that are leased to long term care providers. Corporate headquarters are in Westlake Village California.

They also have outstanding two series (E and F) of preferred stock. They do have a Dividend ReInvestment Plan or DRIP. The Executive Chairman is Andre Dimitriadis. Wendy Simpson is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President.
LTC is in a good long term REIT business, and hopefully its financing will continue through the financial crisis.
