Maxus Realty Trust, Inc is a real estate investment trust buys and owns multifamily residential properties in the Midwest and South of the United States. Its headquarters are in North Kansas City Missouri.

Maxus owns 10 apartment communities in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. That's a total of 1,700 units. It also owns an office building in Kansas City Missouri.

The company's original purpose was to invest in office and light industrial properties, but changed to apartment buildings in 2000. They conduct their business through the Maxus Operating Limited Partnership (MOLP). Maxus Realty GP, Inc is wholly owned by the trust, and is the only general partner of MOLP.

They used to be on NASDAQ, but voluntarily delisted.
