Pacific Office Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust that focuses on acquiring, owning and operating office buildings in the western U.S., including Hawaii. It is externally managed by Pacific Office Management, Inc, an affiliate of The Shidler Group.

Pacific Office Properties (AMEX: PCE) concentrate of four markets: San Diego, Los Angeles, Honolulu, and Phoenix. Their corporate headquarters are in Santa Monica California. Pacific Office was formed March 19, 2008 and declared its first dividend in September 2008. 94% of its shareholder equity is owned by company management. Dallas E Lucas is the President and Chief Executive Officer.
