PS Business Parks, Inc. (AMEX:PSB) is a real estate investment trust that specializes in leasing commercial, multi-tenant flex, industrial and office space.

PS Business Parks is concentrated in 8 states in the west and the south, though also has properties on the east coast -- a total of 19.6 million square feet, with 3,900 tenants. It's based in Glendale, California.

Their activities include leasing, property management, acquisition and development. It manages 1.4 million square feet for Public Storage.

PS began business in 1986 as a subsidiary of a company that later became Public Storage. They became a public REIT in March 1998.

It does business in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Florida and Maryland. Its flex properties can be reconfigured to meet the needs of many different kinds of tenants. Currently, Joseph D. Russell Jr. is the President and CEO.
