Marti Gayrimenkul Yatirim Ortakligi AS (MRGYO:TI) is a Real Estate Investment Trust in Turkey and is focused on servicing the tourist industry.
It began in 1967 and was the first tourism oriented company to go public in Turkey. It was organized as a REIT October 2006.
The company's General Manager is H. Emre Temelli. It's based in Instanbul.
It now owns a large hotel and a marina. It's also working on a Cerkezkoy housing project, a large hotel in Hisaronu Sarigerme and two hotels in Marina Bay.
Marti Hemitea Hotel, Orhaniye; Marti Giovan, Dark of the Month; Sarigerme Marti, Sarigerme; Marti Myra, Tekirova Kemer; Marti Marina, Orhaniye; and Narin Park Housing Project, Cerkezkoy.
Therefore Marti is a GYO or REIT depending on the growth of tourism in and to Turkey.
