The Regal REIT (1881.HK) owns a portfolio of hotels located in Hong Kong, but may branch out to other locations.

Regal REIT's manager is Regal Portfolio Management Limited.

They believe that the trend is to separate hotel ownership and hotel management. Their job is to own hotels, not operate them. Except for The Regal iClub Building (including Regal iClub Hotel) in Wanchai, all their hotels are leased to a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited until 31st December, 2015. They are responsible for running the hotels.

Their trustee is DB Trustees (Hong Kong) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG.

Regal Airport Hotel, Regal Riverside Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal iClub Hotel and Offices, Regal Oriental Hotel, Regal Hongkong Hotel.
