Prosperity REIT (808.HK) is Hong Kong Real Estate Investment Trust which is the first private sector REIT in the city/country, and owns office buildings and industrial property in that city. They currently own seven properties with over 1 million square feet.
It makes semi-annual distributions. They can occur within 120 days of the end of the calendar period (which are January through June and July through December).
Prosperity's manager is ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ARA Asset Management Limited ("ARA"), of Singapore. ARA is a real estate fund management company, and an affiliate of the Cheung Kong Group. They are also the single largest unitholder in Prosperity REIT.

Therefore, Prosperity REIT is a Hong Kong REIT well positioned to benefit from economic activity in that city.
