Hui Xian REIT (87001.HK) is a Hong Kong Real Estate Investment Trust just started trading April 29, 2011. It's the first Hong Kong REIT to be denominated in Chinese Renminbi or yuan.
Their manager is Hui Xian Asset Management, which is jointly owned by CITIC Securities Group, Cheung Kong and ARA Group.
It owns one mixed-use development in Beijing called Oriental Plaza. It used to be owned by Cheung Kong and Hutchison Whampoa.
The Oriental Plaza consists of: The Malls located between Gold Street (Wangfujing Street) and Silver Street (North Dongdan Street).
The Tower Offices Eight Grade A office towers with a floor area of 800,000sqm.
