Frontier Real Estate Investment Corporation (8964.T) is a Japanese Real Estate Investment Trust focused on retail properties.
Frontier Real Estate was started in May 2004, and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange August 9, 2004. Japan Tobacco (JT) was its sponsor. In March 2008 Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. became its new sponsor. Mitsui Fudosan Frontier REIT Management Inc. is the asset manager. Hirohiko Kamei is the Executive Director. It's based in Tokyo.
