Kenedix Realty Investment Corporation (8972.T) is a Japanese Real Estate Investment Trust and is one of the largest in Japan specialising in mid-sized office buildings.
Kenedix Realty was founded in May 2005, but it goes back to the Beverly Hills real estate company founded in 1977 by Donald F. Kennedy and John Wilson. In 1989 they began investing in office buildings in Japan. In Japan they were Kennedy-Wilson Japan as of April 1995, and in May 2005 this was changed to Kenedix Inc.
Their asset manager is Kenedix REIT Management, Inc. KRI was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in July 2005.
