Ichigo Real Estate Investment Corporation is a Japanese Real Estate Investment Trust which focuses on office buildings.
It used to be known as Japan Office Investment Corporation, but changed its name in March 2011.
"Ichigo" comes from Ichigo Ichie (“One lifetime, one encounter”), from the tea ceremony taught by Yamanoue no Souji. The IGH Group promotes the value of “treasuring encounters with people” implied by Ichigo Ichie.
Seiichi Muramatsu is the Executive Officer. The asset manager is Ichigo REIT Management Co., Ltd.

CRD Marunouchi, COI Shinbashi Building, COI Nagoya Plaza Building, COI Gotanda Building, COI Nishisando Building, TK Kichijoji Building, Burc Omori, COI Takamatsu Building, Fiesta Shibuya and COI Niigata Building.
In August 2011 FC Residential Investment Corp announced a stock swap with Ichigo Real Estate Investment Corporation effective November 1, 2011. As a result, Ichigo will be delisted from the stock exchange effective October 27, 2011, and will no longer exist.
