KORAMCO Reits and Trusts was launched October 24, 2001, and is a Korean Real Estate Investment Trust. It helps other companies obtain cash in return for their real estate assets.
It is basically the asset management company (originally Korea Real Asset Management Company) for REITs considered as "funds" -- small portfolios of real estate properties. These are known as Establishing Committee for Corporate Restructuring Real Estate Fund or KOCREF.
For example, KOCREF 1 had four different buildings. KOCREF 1-5 funds have been liquidated. They're now on KOCREF 15.
They are located in Seoul. Kyn Sung Lee is the Chairman.

The organization of REITs as funds under the KORAMCO Reits and Trusts management company is different than most of the world, but it is a Real Estate Investment Trust which does have a number of properties varied by type and geography within South Korea.
