Atrium REIT is a Real Estate Investment Trust in Malaysia, the first one there focused on logistics.
Atrium was approved in October 2006 and listed on the stock exchange April 2007. Atrium REIT Managers Sdn Bhd. is the manager. Azmi and Co Building Services Sdn Bhd. is the property manager. BHLB Berhad is the trustee.
