Starhill REIT is a Real Estate Investment Trust in Malaysia formed November 18, 2005 by Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd and Mayban Trustees Berhad. It's been listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange ( Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) since December 16, 2005.

Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd is the manager, Mayban Trustees Berhad is the trustee and Azmi and Co Building Services Sdn Bhd is the Property Manager.

Starhill owns two hotels: JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur and The Residences at the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur. Both are located in in the Jalan Bukit Bintang area, in Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle. This is in the heart of the tourist district, and both hotels are considered landmarks.

It previously owned, but has sold, Starhill Gallery and parcels in Lot 10 Shopping Centre.

Therefore, Starhill REIT is small but high class M-REIT.
