Sunway REIT is a Real Estate Investment Trust in Malaysia concentrating on retail properties, though it also owns offices and hotels and resorts. Its IPO was July 8, 2010. By asset size, it's the largest in Malaysia.

Sunway REIT is a spinoff from Sunway City (SCITY). The manager is Suncity REIT Management Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of SCITY. OSK Trustees Berhad is the trustee. It's based in Selangor. Tan Sri Dato� Seri Dr Jeffrey Cheah Fook Ling, AO is the Chairman & Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. DTZ Nawawi Tie Leung Property Consultants Sdn Bhd is the property manager.
