Hanover Capital Mortgage Holdings Inc is a mortgage real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in subordinate mortgage-backed securities collateralized by pools of prime single-family mortgage loans. Plus, they purchase single family prime mortgages, which they securitize keep for investment or resale.
