Kiwi Income Property Trust (KIP) is the largest listed property trust in that country, owning a large portfolio of office buildings and retail properties.
Kiwi Income was founded in 1992, and a year later became New Zealand's first listed property trust. It has fourteen assets. The manager is Kiwi Income Properties Limited, owned by Colonial First State Global Asset Management, and, in turn, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Chris Gudgeon is the Chief Executive.
