Eurobank Properties REIC (ASE: EUPRO) is a Greek Real Estate Investment Company which owns many kinds of commercial real estate properties: office, logistics, retail and industrial. They own properties in three countries besides Greece: Romania, Serbia and the Ukraine -- over fifty total.

Eurobank Properties began life in 1952 under the name "Commerce, Industry, Buildings S.A." to lease out a single buildings. Years later it was bought up by the Bank of Crete. In 1999 the Bank of Crete merged with EFG Eurobank S.A. The company is still a bank of that company.

In 2005 the Hellenic Capital Market Commission granted Eurobank of a Real Estate Investment Company incorporation and license.

Almost all of its properties are located in Greece. Therefore, like all REICs in Greece, Eurobank Properties REIC may suffer economically from Greece's financial troubles. However, at least it is somewhat diversified.
