Fortune REIT (F25U.SI) is a Singapore Real Estate Investment Trust that was listed there August 12, 2003. Since April 20,2010 it's also listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. They own fourteen shopping malls in Hong Kong's Kowloon and New Territories.
The manager of Fortune is ARA Asset Management (Fortune) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ARA Asset Management Limited (ARA).
