Suntec REIT (T82U.SI) is a Singapore Real Estate Investment Trust is the first composite S-REIT, owning both retail and office properties. It was listed December 9, 2004.
The Manager of Suntec is ARA Trust Management (Suntec) Limited. It has about 3.5 million square feet, worth about S$7 billion of net lettable area (NLA).

Suntec City (3,5,6,7,8 and 9 Temasek Boulevard Singapore), Park Mall (9 Penang Road), Chijmes (30 Victoria Street), a one-third interest in One Raffles Quay and a one-third interest in Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers 1 and 2 and the Marina Bay Link Mall (8 Marina Boulevard).
