AffiParis is a French Real Estate Investment Trust or societes d'investissements immobiliers cotees which buys, manages and rents out commercial real estate properties in Paris.
AffiParis began September 26, 1990 with the formation of Fideimur Property Company. In May 2006 it was listed on the stock exchange. On February 20, 2007 it was taken over by the Affine Group. On April 1, 2007 it opted to have SIIC status. They changed its name in July 26, 2007 to AffiParis.
