ANF Immobilier is a French Real Estate Investment Trust or societes d'investissements immobiliers cotees which specializes in properties in Lyon and Marseille, with a portfolio of 1.6 billion euros. These include office, retail and residencies properties. It also owns a chain of 168 hotels, leased to the third budget hotel operator in France, B & B.
ANF started in 1882 as Ateliers de Construction North of France, and chose SIIC status in 2006.
They own large amounts of historic areas in those two cities.
Therefore, ANF Immobilier is a REIT or SIIC which specializes in areas outside of Paris. The 168 budget hotels help make it somewhat diversified, because they benefit from travel throughout the country.
