The Gecina Group is a French Real Estate Investment Trust or or societes d'investissements immobiliers cotees which owns over 11 billion euros in property, most of it in the Paris area. It also manages and develops properties. It invests in logistics, office buildings, hotels, residential and healthcare real estate.

Gecina Group was started in 1870 by Fourmi Immobilière, the Compagnie des Immeubles de la Plaine Monceau. Bernard Michel is the Chairman.
