Fonciere des Murs began in 2004. It owns 193 hotels and 3 thalassotherapy institutes; 54 retirement villages and clinics; 177 restaurants; 58 garden centres and 5 holiday villages.
Therefore, they are a REIT or SIIC well positioned to profit from economic activity throughout France.
