IGD Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIC SpA is a Real Estate Investment Trust in Italy, or a Società di Investimento Immobiliare Quotata, which owns shopping centers, supermarkets and hypermarts. It owns 65 properties in Italy and Romania.
It was the first SIIC in Italy. Its property combines that of the two largest stock holders, Coop Adriatica and Unicoop Tirreno. It began in 1977 with ESP Dettaglianti Associati srl. It was listed on the stock exchange February 2005. It chose to be listed as a SIIC April 2008.
