"Project Consult" Ltd., "Marina Cape Management" Ltd., "Optima Audit" Ltd., "Marina Cape Tours" Ltd., and "Intercapital Property Development."
Intercapital Property Development is working on two projects:
Marina Cape: village of Aheloy (near Sunny Beach" an apartment complex with business offices, swimming pools, restaurants and facilities for tourists as well.
"Grand Borovets" complex is a winter sports complex in the oldest ski resort in Bulgaria. It's on the highest mountain in the Balkans.
