Mr. Dimitar Georgiev Rusev is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. It was incorporated December 23, 2004 by PT Holding AD, Advance Invest AD – Investment Company and Dilyan Peychev Panev. It was list May 11, 2005 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
