FairPlay Properties REIT (6F3:BU) is a Real Estate Investment Trust in Bulgaria that says it is focusing on building, operating and managing apartment houses, but its actual portfolio is quite different.

The apartments, retail complexes and hotel/resort recreational facilities are all in together, though in various stages of completion.
