Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (5BU) is a Real Estate Investment Trust in Bulgaria that invests in all property sectors. It was incorporated in October 2004 and began in April 2005. It was one of the first REITs in Bulgaria, and still one of the largest.
It seems to be more sophisticated than other Bulgarian REITs, because it is looking for: Sale and Leaseback projects; Land Banking; and Build-to-Suit projects.

Dimitrov; Land plot near Sofia Airport; Kambanite Business Centre; "sale and leaseback" project Mr. Bricolage- french DIY retail stores in Sofia and Varna; Investment plots near Veliko Turnovo; Investment plots near KBC site (Sofia); Investment plots in Sofia, Mladost IV; Investment plots near Vidin; Apartment house "Sequoia 2" – Borovets; Seaside Holiday Vilage - Lozenetz; and 23,300 dka decares of agricultural land.
Therefore, Bulgarian Real Estate Fund is a REIT which should prosper as Bulgaria grows.
