The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) is the trade association of publicly listed real estate companies or Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) in Europe. It's similar to the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trust (NAREIT) in North America and Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA).

The EPRA now has over 200 members, including property companies and investors. It was founded in 1999, and is a nonprofit organization is based in Brussels, Belgium. They work to encourage investment is REITs in Europe, and to encourage best practices across the industry.
