Metric Properties Investments plc (LSE:METP) is a UK-REIT focused on the retail sector of commercial real estate. They launched as a new company and a REIT March 24, 2010. They are based in London.
Metric is internally managed by Andrew Jones, Valentine Beresford, Mark Stirling and Sue Ford. The first three are the Property Directors. They have a fifteen years of working together managing retail portfolios. Andrew Jones is the Chief Executive Officer.
Their portfolio is now valued at 195 million pounds for 14 different retail centres.
