Town Centre Securities plc (LSE:TCSC) is a UK-REIT owns and operates a mix of residential, retail, car parks, and office properties, and develops them. Their portfolio is worth over 276 million pounds.
Arnold Ziff founded Town Centre Securities back in 1959. It got on to the London Stock Exchange in 1960. Edward Ziff is the current Chairman and Chief Executive. The company is based in Leeds. They converted to a REIT October 1, 2007.
