Warner Estate Holdings plc (LSE:WNER) is a UK-REIT based in London, but with eight regional offices, with 1.5 billion pounds worth of property under management.
Warner Estate Holdings has its properties divided into "funds," and is the only UK-REIT I've seen to do this, although Australian REITs often manage investment funds that like mutual funds of real estate investments.
It has six funds:
Wholly Owned: 47 properties they own and manage.
Agora Shopping Centre Fund: various shopping centers.
Agora Max: a Jersey Property Unit Trust. Shopping centers throughout the UK, such as The Grange and Pyramids shopping centres in Birkenhead.
Greater London Offices Fund: two office buildings in London, the larger of which is 55 Old Broad Street.
Apia Regional Office Fund: invests only in city centre properties outside of central London.
Ashtenne Industrial Fund: over 300 industrial properties throughout the UK.
Warner Estate Holdings plc is a Real Estate Investment Trust with a different organization than others in the UK, but is positioned to benefit from economic activity throughout the UK.
